Fulfilment and Shipping Info
Depending on your items, we take about 2-7 business days to create personalized apparels products (t-shirts, etc.) and 2-5 business days for other items. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.
That said, almost all of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Free Shipping worldwide - We do cover the majority of the world, but regretfully, some countries are not covered.

Rest of World Standard Shipping 5-20 business days
Outside of US Tracked Premium Shipping 1-5 business days depending on your location
Note: Rest of World Standard Shipping is untracked but should you not received your products within the stipulated time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We promise we will immediately re-print/ handmade another one and send tracked premium courier to you.
Please note the following:
- If your order was ready to ship outside of standard business hours or on a weekend, then it will not be picked up by the courier until the following business day.
- The couriers consider business days to be Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays.
- The couriers consider the official ‘first day in transit’ to be the business day after the pick-up of the package.
- Other service interruptions, such as adverse weather or postal strikes, may also delay your shipment.
- For International shipments, please be aware of possible customs delays due to reasons beyond our control.
Some products might be shipped separately because they are packaged differently.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Please write to us prior to returning the items and we will advise the return address to send your item/s. Please state your invoice no., item to be returned and the reasons for return. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Returned - It is best to that you contact us at email@example.com before returning any defect products. However, we apologize that we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. A new order would need to be placed for an updated size, especially for customizable apparels.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Periwinkle Baby reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
